Ingredients:
- 1 can (340 g) of unsweetened condensed milk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Half a ripe or overripe banana, mashed
- 2 scoops of chocolate sorbet
- Whipped cream for serving
Preparation:
- Pour 1/4 cup condensed milk into a bowl, cover, and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Remove the bowl from the freezer and beat with a hand mixer on high speed for 2-3 minutes until soft peaks form. Then add the vanilla and honey and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Whisk the remaining condensed milk, bananas, and sorbet in a blender and pour into a tall glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
