Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled Prosecco
- 1 cup chilled vodka
- 2 tbsp. lemon sorbet
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preparation:
- Combine the Prosecco and vodka in a pitcher. Place 1-2 small scoops of lemon sorbet into each of 8 champagne glasses.
- Pour the drink over the top. Garnish with lemon slices.
