Ingredients:
- 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 orange, divided into segments
- 3/4 cup frozen cranberry-grape juice concentrate, thawed
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 3 cups sparkling water (or half soda and half dry white wine)
Preparation:
- In a medium pitcher, combine the apple pieces and lemon juice. Add the orange juice, orange slices, cranberry-grape concentrate, and cinnamon. Let the mixture steep for an hour (or up to 12 hours) to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
An evening option for adults: replace half of the sparkling water with dry white wine.
