Salad with pasta, ham and sweet peppers topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 220 g of pasta
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1.5 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 bell peppers, preferably 1 red and 1 yellow, chopped
Preparation:
- In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, sour cream, chives, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a little black pepper.
- Place the pasta in boiling water and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool; transfer to a bowl with the dressing.
- Add the ham, onion, and bell pepper to the pasta and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste. This pasta salad is best served immediately.
