Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp peeled and chopped ginger
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Place basil, mint, cilantro, ginger, jalapeño pepper, and onion in a food processor or blender. Add lime juice, water, cilantro, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Blend until smooth.
