Mayonnaise with chili pepper

Preparation:

Fry the peppers in a frying pan for 1 minute, add 1/2 cup hot water, and let them soften for 20 minutes. Place the peppers and their liquid in a blender, add the almonds, orange juice, honey, and mayonnaise, and blend until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 2 dried ancho chili peppers, seeds removed
  • 2 tbsp. toasted almonds
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
