Sparkling raspberry limeade topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 170 g raspberries + extra for serving (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (16 - 25 limes)
- 1 liter of sparkling water
- 1 lime, thinly sliced, for serving
Preparation:
- Add sugar, raspberries, and 1 cup water to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Press the berries with the back of a wooden spoon to release their juices. Let sit until the syrup cools. Strain.
- Combine the cooled syrup, lime juice, and sparkling water in a large pitcher. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with lime wedges and a few raspberries.
