Ingredients:
- Chocolate syrup
- Chilled whole milk or light cream (10%)
- Ice-cold soda or seltzer water
Preparation:
- Pour 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and 1/4 cup of milk or cream into a 0.5-liter glass. While whisking vigorously with a fork, slowly pour in the sparkling water, almost filling the glass. Insert a straw and serve chilled.
