Ingredients:
- 220 g salted butter (1 cup), cut into pieces, plus extra for greasing the pan
- 1.5 cups premium flour
- 1.5 cups of oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 jar (280 - 340 g) of strawberry jam
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 22x32 cm rectangular pan with butter.
- Combine butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Pour half of the oat mixture into the prepared pan. Spread the strawberry jam on top. Sprinkle with the remaining oat mixture and smooth it lightly.
- Bake until golden brown, 30-40 minutes. Let cool completely, then cut into squares.
