Ingredients:
- 6 large lemons
- 2 packets of 7 grams of gelatin
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 3/4 cup pink lemonade
- 3/4 cup cherry soda
- 3/4 cup vodka
- Special equipmentwatermelon spoon
Preparation:
- Cut the lemons in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the pulp, membrane, and white pith with a spoon. Place the lemon peels in muffin tins or press them tightly into a baking dish to keep them stable and prevent them from tipping.
- Pour 3/4 cup cold water into a bowl, add the gelatin, and let sit for 2 minutes to soften. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into a bowl and add pink lemonade, cherry soda, and vodka. Spoon the mixture over the lemon peels. Refrigerate overnight.
- Carefully cut each lemon half into 2 wedges and serve.
