Baked Brie and Bacon Canapes with Maple Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 8 mini wheels of brie cheese (25 g each)
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 5 slices fried bacon, crumbled
  • Thinly sliced ​​green onions, for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 120°C.
  2. On a baking sheet or ovenproof dish, bake the Brie rounds until warm to the touch and slightly softened, 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, maple syrup, vinegar, and bacon. Spoon the nut mixture onto each warmed brie wheel. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
