Rainbow shots and alcoholic popsicles topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 15 ml of grenadine
- Crushed ice
- 150 ml pineapple juice (or any other fruit juice)
- 60 ml gin (or other colorless alcohol)
- A little Curacao
Preparation:
- Place 6-7 shot glasses or a large bowl of crushed ice (if making popsicles) on the work surface. This will be a mess.
- Pour grenadine into a shaker. Add enough crushed ice until the shaker is three-quarters full.
- Slowly pour the pineapple juice into the shaker using the back of a spoon. Then add the gin and a splash of curaçao. This will create distinct layers. Strain the mixture into shot glasses. If you're making fruit ice, pour the cocktail over crushed ice, making sure there's enough room for all the colors.
