Ingredients:

  • 20 ml ruby ​​port
  • 120 ml cold prosecco

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mash 5 blueberries with 20 ml of ruby ​​port; strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Slowly pour in 120 ml of cold Prosecco or other dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a few blueberries.
