Guacamole with avocado

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe Hass avocados
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 8 drops of hot pepper sauce
  • 0.5 cup red onion, finely diced (1 small onion)
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely diced
  • Multigrain chips, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits, and scrape the flesh from the skin into a large bowl. Immediately add the lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the avocado into small cubes in a bowl. Add the tomato. Mix well and taste, season with salt and pepper. Serve the guacamole with chips.
