Ingredients:
- 8 pitas, cut each into 8 triangles
- 6 tablespoons za'atar seasoning
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place the pita bread pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the za'atar, granulated garlic, and paprika. Drizzle the pita bread with olive oil, then sprinkle each piece evenly with the spice mixture.
- Bake until the pita bread is golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes, rotating the baking sheets halfway through.
- Serve pita chips immediately or let cool completely and then transfer to an airtight container for storage.
