Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rinsed quinoa
  • 4 sweet peppers
  • 2 chopped green onions

Preparation:

  1. Combine 1 1/2 cups water, 3/4 cup rinsed quinoa, and 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt in a saucepan; cover, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet with vegetable oil, sauté 1 chopped broccoli stalk and 4 sliced ​​bell peppers until softened, 3 minutes. Add 2 sliced ​​green onions and 1 tablespoon each chopped garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute. Add quinoa, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon each dark sesame oil and mirin.
