Corn with basil butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 ears of grilled corn
  • Grated Parmesan, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Combine the butter, basil, lemon zest, garlic, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread basil oil over the grilled corn. Season with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan.
