Ingredients:
Blue cachaça
- 1 liter of cachaça
- 0.5 cups dried clitoria flowers
Coconut Magic
- 1 can (400 g) of sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1 can (400 g) coconut milk
- 90 ml of orange juice
- 90 ml white rum
Cocktail
- 15 ml white rum
- 7 ml. orange curacao
- 20 ml orange juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml cinnamon syrup
- A sprig of mint, for decoration
Preparation:
- Make blue cachaça:
Pour the cachaça into a large container, add the clary lily flowers, and stir vigorously. Let it steep, stirring occasionally, until the cachaça turns deep purple, about 24 hours. Strain.
- Make some coconut magic:
Combine coconut milk, orange juice, and rum in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Make a cocktail:
Combine 30 ml of blue cachaça, 15 ml of coconut magic, rum, Curaçao, orange juice, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Strain the drink into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a plastic "Magi Cake" doll.
