Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 55 g butter
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups premium flour

Preparation:

  1. Beat 55g butter with 3/4 cup dark brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until fluffy; add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 eggs. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour with 3/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt, then fold into the butter mixture.
  2. Add 2 cups of mixed chocolate chips (such as toffee, white and/or dark chocolate) and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form the dough into balls and bake for 8-12 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
