Watermelon wedges in lime-honey syrup topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.5 cups honey
- 1 ripe watermelon, cut in half, cut in half again, then into triangles
- Mint sprigs for decoration
Preparation:
- Combine lime juice and honey in a saucepan and heat on a hot grill. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Place watermelon slices on a large platter, drizzle with lime syrup and garnish with mint.
