Ingredients:
- Decorative blue sugar, for sprinkling
- Decorative white sugar, for sprinkling
- 1 sheet chilled pie dough
- 3 tbsp. jam
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle a work surface with blue and white sugar. Place a sheet of pie dough on the sugar and press it down. Spread jam evenly over the dough. Cut the circle into 16 triangles. Roll each triangle toward the pointed end, like a croissant. Place on a baking sheet, pointed end down.
- Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack and let cool completely.
