Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of white sparkling wine
- 1.5 cups of sparkling water
- 1 cup melon liqueur, such as Midori
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, large ones torn into 1 cm pieces.
- 2 small green apples, such as Granny Smith, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 0.5cm thick slices (about 0.5 cups)
- 1/4 Honeydew melon, seeded, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
Preparation:
- Combine the wine, sparkling water, and liqueur in a three-liter pitcher. Add the mint, apples, kiwi, and melon and cover the pitcher with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the sangria to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, fill 8-10 glasses halfway with ice, then pour in the sangria and add fruit to each glass.
