Ingredients:

- 2 mint leaves
- 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup (165 g) frozen pineapple chunks
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender Vitamix in the order indicated and close the lid.
- Start beating on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Beat for 1 minute or until the desired consistency is reached.
