Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1.5 cups chopped canned artichoke hearts
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 220 g of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella
- 0.5 tbsp. grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Bread or tortilla chips, for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Mix the spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and sea salt by hand in a large bowl until smooth. Transfer to an 8x11 inch baking dish, pressing into an even layer.
- Bake until the sauce is bubbling and browned around the edges, about 15 minutes. Serve with bread or tortilla chips.
