Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 small banana, sliced ​​and frozen
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Freeze the coffee in an ice cube tray. Combine the frozen coffee cubes and 0.5 cups of regular ice in a blender with the pumpkin puree, banana, milk, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and stir in the yogurt with a spoon.
