Ingredients:
- 4 multigrain toasts
- 3 baked beets
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 110 g of cashew cream cheese
Preparation:
- Toss 3 thinly sliced roasted baby beets with 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar and 2 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Spread cashew cream cheese on 4 slices of multigrain toast. Top with the beets, toasted sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and season with salt.
