Lemon dessert from cereals topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 280 gr. mini marshmallow
- 6 cups of rice cereal
- 12 crushed lemon butter cookies
- 0.5 cups white chocolate pieces
Preparation:
- Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang; spray with cooking spray. In a large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter over low heat. Add 10 ounces mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 tablespoon each grated lemon zest and lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Turn off the heat, add 6 cups of rice cereal, 12 cookies, and 0.5 cups of white chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it set. Cut into pieces.
