Ingredients:
- 220 g creamy French feta
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 110 g softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 large clove of garlic, grated
- 0.5 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 8 green onions, finely chopped, plus extra for serving
- Crackers for serving
- Carrot and cucumber sticks for serving
Preparation:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, gently beat the feta, mayonnaise, and cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in the sesame seeds, oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Using a spatula, fold in the Parmesan, vinegar, and green onions. Season with salt to taste.
- Spoon the sauce into a bowl and sprinkle with green onions. Serve with crackers and fresh vegetables.
