Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar + more if desired
- Half a jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 small Spanish onion, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Place avocado, cilantro, vinegar, jalapeño, and onion in a bowl.
- Mash the mixture with a potato masher or fork until it forms a coarse, chunky paste. Season with salt and pepper and add more vinegar, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
