Super-Quick Rum-Raisin Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rum raisin ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cups dark rum
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, for topping

Preparation:

  1. Combine ice cream, milk, rum and bourbon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses and sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg.
