Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 can (140 g) tuna
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley + extra for serving
- 1 large tomato, sliced into crosswise circles
- Toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling
Preparation:
- In a blender or food processor, combine tahini, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, and 1/4 cup water; process until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the tuna and parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a tomato slice on a plate, top with some lettuce, another tomato slice, and some more tuna salad; sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
