Spice mix for meat

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons ancho powder
  • 3 tbsp. l. ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp. ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground ancho, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cayenne and black pepper.
  2. Pour the resulting mixture into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. The spice mixture can be stored at room temperature in a dark place (such as a cupboard) for up to 1 year..
