Pineapple Daiquiri topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1/4 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup white rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup ice cubes
- Lime slices or pineapple pieces for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Combine pineapple juice, rum, lime juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and chill. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and serve immediately, garnished with lime wedges or pineapple chunks, if desired. (You can also blend the daiquiri with ice to make an ice cream cocktail.)
