Ingredients:
- 450 g of premium wheat flour
- 1 cup corn flour
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 - 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Water
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl and add enough water to form a dough. Cut off a small piece of dough and roll it into a log 8-13 cm long. Roll it into a decorative pattern. Fry in oil, filling it to a depth of 4 cm and preheating to 180°C.
