Pomegranate raita sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups natural yogurt
  • 3 finely chopped green onions
  • 1 pomegranate (1/2 cup pomegranate seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt without topping

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, reserving a few pomegranate seeds for garnish. Juice the remaining seeds and add them to the bowl with the other ingredients.

    Stir and serve in a bowl, sprinkled with the remaining pomegranate seeds as garnish.
