Mango-citrus daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (450 g) frozen mango cubes
  • 2/3 cup lemon rum (preferably Bacardi Limon)
  • 1/3 cup orange liqueur (preferably Cointreau)
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar, plus a little more to garnish the rim of the glasses
  • 4 tbsp. ice cubes
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Preparation:

  1. In a non-metal bowl, stir together the lime juice and sugar until completely dissolved. Dip the rims of serving glasses in water, then in sugar. Combine the lime syrup and all remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, 2-3 minutes.

    Serve in sugar-rimmed glasses, garnished with a lime wedge.
