Black cherry ice cream with chocolate sauce topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of black cherry ice cream
- A splash of French Chambord liqueur, made with blackberries and raspberries, or cherry vodka (or any cherry liqueur)
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
- Ready-made whipped cream (in a can)
Preparation:
- For each dessert, place 2 scoops of black cherry ice cream in cocktail glasses or dessert plates. Add a splash of liqueur. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with a rose of whipped cream.
