Bloody Mary with Chili Pepper topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/3 cups (about 300 ml) chili vodka or regular vodka with a few drops of hot sauce
- A little dry sherry
- 2.5 cups (about 600 ml) chilled tomato juice
- Juice of 1/4 - 1/2 lemon
- A little celery salt
- A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- Sea salt
- 1 stalk of celery
- Pickled chili peppers for garnish
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except the celery stalk in a pitcher and stir with the celery stalk, leaving it in the pitcher. Stir the Bloody Mary before pouring each serving.
