Sangria with fruits topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced fruit (any combination of oranges, lemons, apples, peaches, and plums)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 bottles of red wine (preferably Burgundy)
- Ice
Preparation:
- Place the fruit and sugar in a 2-3 liter pitcher, add the brandy, and stir. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Add the wine and stir. Serve over ice.
