Ingredients:

  • 110 g butter
  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 1 loaf of French bread, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 sliced ​​balls fresh mozzarella (170 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation:

  1. Place the rack in the bottom position and preheat the oven to 230°C.
  2. Melt the butter and garlic in a frying pan and bring to a boil. Brush the bread with the garlic butter, top with mozzarella slices, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  3. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast on the bottom rack for about 10 minutes.
