How to cook spaghetti squash

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti squash

Preparation:

  1. Trim both ends with a knife, then cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise.
  2. Scrape out the seeds with a spoon and discard.
  3. Place the pumpkin halves cut side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until soft, 25 minutes. Let cool slightly. Scrape the pumpkin flesh along the grain with a fork. Discard the peel.
