Mint-Blackberry Mule

Ingredients:

  • 90 ml lime juice
  • 1/3 cup mint leaves, plus 3 mint sprigs, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh ginger
  • 15 blackberries
  • 170 ml of vodka
  • 330 ml ginger beer
  • Special equipment: cocktail shaker, pestle, 3 glass jars or copper mugs, skewers

Preparation:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, mint leaves, ginger, and 9 blackberries. Puree until smooth.
  2. Add vodka and some ice to a shaker; shake until combined. Strain into three jars or mugs. Pour 110 ml of ginger beer into each cocktail. Garnish with a mint sprig and two blackberries secured with a skewer.
