Universal dry marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, coriander, celery salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. Rub the dry marinade over chicken, beef, pork, or fish.
  2. Use the seasoning immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and store in a dark, dry place.
    Exit: 1/4 cup
