Ingredients:
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, bring the garlic and oil to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, until the garlic is lightly browned. Turn off the heat and remove from the stove, but leave the garlic in the pan to continue cooking.
- Remove the garlic cloves from the oil and chop them. Place them in a bowl and pour oil over them.
