Brandy Crusta Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of cognac
  • 1 teaspoon cherry liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Angostura bitters
  • Lemon zest, cut into strips

Preparation:

  1. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass, then dip in sugar.
  2. Pour cognac, cherry and orange liqueur, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters into a shaker. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and add lemon zest.
