Pimm's cocktail

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Pimm's No. 1 liqueur with gin
• 90 ml cold lemonade
• 100 ml cucumber juice
• Cucumber sticks, for garnish
• Apple slice, for decoration
• 60 ml of cold sparkling water

Preparation:

1. In a highball glass, combine Pimm's, lemonade, and cucumber juice. Garnish with cucumbers and apple, and top with soda water.
