Ingredients:
- 120 ml dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
- 60 ml elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
- 60 ml of vodka
- Carbonated water
- Sprigs of lavender, mint or any other aromatic herb of your choice
- Ice
Preparation:
- Pick a few lavender buds, place them in two highball glasses and muddle them.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour in wine, liqueur, and vodka. Top with sparkling water.
