Ingredients:
- 350 g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, combine the corn syrup and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and add the chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Exit: 1.5 tbsp.
