Ingredients:
- 3 cups halved strawberries or chopped pineapple
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation:
- In a blender or food processor, puree the fruit, sugar, honey, lemon juice, and 2 cups of ice until finely chopped. Then add another 1 cup of ice and puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 30 minutes. Scrape the ice with a fork to create a slushy consistency, then freeze for another 2 hours to firm up. Scoop the ice with a spoon and place it into glasses.
