Pear Bellini Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Brut champagne, chilled
  • 2 shots of pear nectar
  • 1 shot of pear brandy
  • Crushed ice
  • Pear slices, for serving

Preparation:

  1. In a chilled glass, combine the pear nectar and pear brandy. Pour the pear mixture into 2 glasses filled with crushed ice.
  2. Top with chilled champagne and garnish with pear slices.
